Vintage garments are treasured for their history and individuality. Because of their age, minor variations, delicate fabrics, hand-sewn construction, or signs of gentle to significant wear may be present. These characteristics are considered part of each gown's unique story rather than imperfections.
Alterations
Alterations can be a normal part of achieving a personalized bridal fit (vintage or modern) and are the responsibility of the bride. We are happy to recommend experienced bridal seamstresses when requested but without any responsibility for vetting of their expertise. We suggest you make reach outs beforehand to discuss your vintage wedding dress vision and possibilities. We are not alterations experts.
Shipping
Each gown is carefully packaged and insured prior to shipment.
Upon delivery, we encourage brides to inspect their gown promptly and contact us immediately should there be any concern regarding shipping damage or an error in fulfillment. Ww are not responsible for any in transit or otherwise once it leaves our care.

At Forever Amber Vintage Bridal, every dress is intentionally curated for its beauty, uniqueness, and story. Many of our dresses are true one-of-a-kind heirlooms that cannot be replaced. As is all vintage items, they are, perfectly imperfect and carry a unique legacy. All sales are final, no refunds, exchanges or exceptions. We remain consistent with LoneStar Antique Mall's policy.
Because each gown is beautifully unique, we encourage every Bride-To-Be to take her time, ask questions, and feel completely confident before making her decision. Our private Try-On appointments are designed to provide thoughtful guidance, review measurements, discuss possible options or ideas, and time for you to review the condition and fit of every dress.
Once a dress has been purchased, the sale is considered final. Just like all (or most!) bridal shops and just like all vintage/antique shops.
This policy allows us to continue preserving extraordinary vintage bridal fashion while ensuring every Bride-To-Be receives an authentic, carefully curated piece with confidence.
